From one difficult question to a multilingual operation that works better.

Start with a focused review of one material problem or decision, or look across the operation more broadly. When the evidence supports change, Eaventure can turn the findings into an Improvement Plan, support selected parts of implementation and add an Evidence Desk where continuing independent review remains useful.

Published review fees apply to the scope described. Before work begins, Eaventure confirms the question, evidence needed, client input, timing and fee in writing. A review is a complete engagement in its own right; there is no implementation or ongoing-support commitment.

Before you buy

Know what the engagement will require before it starts.

For a Focused Review, client involvement is deliberately limited: a short scoping discussion, access to the relevant existing material, targeted follow-up where evidence is incomplete, and a findings discussion at the end.

Typical turnaround is about one working week once the agreed evidence is available. If the question requires materially more input, time or scope, that is agreed before work begins rather than discovered halfway through the review.

01

Focused Review

€2,250 · one focused question

A tightly scoped independent review of one material multilingual problem or decision. Eaventure reconstructs what is happening, tests the available evidence and gives a clear written conclusion and next steps.

Useful when one issue matters enough to resolve properly: AI use, supplier setup, ownership, quality control, technology or content readiness.

What happens

  • Define the decision, scope and evidence needed
  • Review the relevant workflow, data, documents and stakeholder accounts
  • Separate observed facts from assumptions and competing explanations
  • Compare realistic options and their likely operational and economic effects

What you receive

  • Concise evidence-based findings
  • A clear recommendation or decision view
  • Prioritised next actions and unresolved questions

If the issue turns out to be broader than the agreed scope, Eaventure will say so rather than quietly expanding the review.

Illustrative finding

Illustrative example only — not a client case.

Question
Is recurring rework mainly a supplier-performance problem or an upstream workflow problem?
Evidence reviewed
Delivery and rework data, sample jobs, briefing material, workflow records and stakeholder accounts.
Finding
The available evidence does not support changing supplier first. Repeated corrections are concentrated around incomplete source context and inconsistent review criteria; supplier variation is present, but it does not explain the main pattern.
Decision view
Correct the input and review controls first, then remeasure supplier performance before deciding whether a vendor change is justified.
Closing note
Actual findings distinguish observed evidence, inference, uncertainty and unresolved questions.

02

Operations Review

€7,500 · broader operational review

A broader independent review across the multilingual operation to find where cost, capacity, quality, speed or risk are being created, shifted or hidden.

Useful when problems span teams, suppliers, tools, markets or content types and cannot be isolated to one decision.

What happens

  • Reconstruct the end-to-end operation across people, suppliers, technology and content
  • Test where work, cost, rework, delays and exceptions actually arise
  • Examine ownership, quality control, AI use, supplier setup, technology and content readiness together
  • Distinguish local symptoms from structural causes and compare realistic improvement options

What you receive

  • A structured view of how the operation works in practice
  • Prioritised findings with evidence, uncertainty and business impact made explicit
  • Clear recommendations on what to keep, change or investigate further

If substantial change is justified, the next step can be an Improvement Plan. If not, the review ends with the findings and recommendations.

03

Improvement Plan

€5,750 · follows a completed review

Turns evidence from a completed review into a practical, prioritised plan for change.

Useful after a Focused Review or Operations Review when the direction is clear but sequence, ownership, dependencies and measures still need to be worked out.

What happens

  • Translate findings and recommendations into concrete workstreams
  • Set priorities, dependencies, decision points and ownership
  • Define how progress and results will be measured
  • Identify implementation risks, constraints and unresolved choices before work starts

What you receive

  • A prioritised implementation plan
  • Clear owners, dependencies and decision points
  • Measures for checking whether the change works

The organisation can implement the plan internally or ask Eaventure to support selected parts.

04

Implementation Support

Scoped separately

Practical support for agreed changes across workflow, suppliers, tooling, roles, quality control, AI rules and measurement.

Useful when the direction is already clear but several teams or suppliers need help putting the change into practice without losing the original decision logic.

What happens

  • Turn agreed decisions into workable processes, responsibilities and controls
  • Support supplier or tooling changes without taking a reseller or production role
  • Coordinate evidence, acceptance criteria, hand-offs and exceptions where needed
  • Check whether the implemented change is producing the intended result

What you receive

  • Practical support around the agreed change, not a second open-ended review
  • Clear implementation decisions and documented responsibilities
  • Evidence on whether the change is working as intended

Support ends when the agreed implementation scope is complete. Ongoing review is not assumed, but where continuing independent verification is useful, the next step can be an Evidence Desk.

05

Evidence Desk

Scoped separately · periodic independent review

Periodic independent review after a material change or implementation. Eaventure reviews agreed measures, controls, exceptions and material changes to check whether the operating model still works as intended and whether a new decision is needed.

Useful where the organisation needs continuing independent visibility after a significant workflow, supplier, technology or AI change, but does not need Eaventure to run day-to-day production.

What happens

  • Review agreed measures against the baseline and defined thresholds
  • Sample evidence that key controls are still operating as intended
  • Review material exceptions, recurring failures and significant changes
  • Record decisions, owners and review dates when a new decision or adjustment is needed

What you receive

  • A concise periodic review of what has changed and what still works
  • A clear exception / change view with evidence and unresolved questions
  • Recorded decisions and actions where intervention is justified

Evidence Desk is not daily monitoring, production management or an unlimited help desk. It can be reduced, paused or ended when independent review no longer adds enough value.

Not sure how broad the problem is yet?

Start with the Workflow Check. It helps show whether the issue looks focused or whether several parts of the operation may need a closer look.
