About

Independent advice for multilingual operations.

Eaventure helps international organisations understand and improve how multilingual content work actually operates across teams, suppliers, technology and AI.

Why this work exists

Multilingual work is easier to expand but harder to see as a whole. AI and machine translation may enter through a central programme, a supplier, a software feature or one team. Decisions about tools and suppliers can affect workflow, data and ownership for years.

Eaventure works at the point where multilingual content, quality, workflow, technology, supplier incentives, cost and business risk meet. The aim is to make the operation easier to understand, compare and improve.

The main question is rarely whether a tool or supplier is good in general. The question is whether it fits your organisation, content and limits. Eaventure shows what each option would change and who should own the decision.

How Eaventure works

Each engagement is led personally. If extra expertise is needed, you will know who is involved before the work starts. The scope begins with one clear decision or a problem that keeps coming back.

Recommendations are made to be used. If Eaventure helps with implementation, production stays with the organisation and its suppliers. Eaventure supports the agreed change without becoming the translation provider or software seller.

Founder

Eric Lensink

Founder, Eaventure

Eric Lensink founded Eaventure after more than twenty years working with multilingual content and translation operations. His background includes translation, in-house localisation project management and independent multilingual work, particularly in IT, legal and financial content. He holds an MA in Applied Linguistics.

That experience shaped Eaventure’s focus: not translation volume or software sales, but understanding how multilingual work actually functions across suppliers, technology, AI, quality control, workflow and ownership. Eric leads each engagement personally and uses a structured, evidence-based approach to separate observed facts from assumptions, clarify decisions and identify practical improvements.

Independence

Good advice should not depend on selling an option.

Eaventure does not sell translation production, software or supplier placements within advisory engagements. It receives no referral fees from suppliers it assesses. Recommendations follow the evidence, even when the best answer is to keep what you have.

  • No translation-production revenue tied to the recommendation.
  • No reseller commission or supplier referral fee.
  • Recommendations documented against explicit criteria.
  • No assessment of Eaventure’s own production work.
