What is useful in a first message
You do not need to include everything below. It simply helps make the first reply more useful.
- The decision you need to make or the problem that keeps coming back.
- The markets, languages and types of content involved.
- The teams, suppliers, AI or machine translation tools and platforms involved.
- What has changed in cost, speed, quality or risk.
- What your data shows so far.
- The options you are considering, including keeping the current setup.
- Who owns the decision and which teams need to agree.
Please do not send confidential documents in your first message. If we work together, we will agree a safe way to share them.
