AI & editorial policy
AI is part of how Eaventure works. This policy explains where it is used and the controls that apply.
How AI is used
Eaventure may use AI extensively for research support, analysis, structuring, comparison, drafting and internal production. AI is a working tool within the method, not an independent source of evidence or judgement.
Evidence and human review
AI may propose patterns, classifications, scores, conclusions and recommendations. Material outputs are not accepted on model output alone. Material findings and recommendations must be traceable to identifiable source evidence. A qualified person reviews them before they are used or delivered.
Client information and approved systems
Confidential client information may be processed only in pre-approved business AI systems. Those systems must have appropriate privacy, security, retention and contractual safeguards. The AI provider must not use confidential client information for model training.
New AI tools are assessed before real client data is used. The assessment covers privacy, security, data retention and model-training terms.
Use in client work
Engagement documentation or methodology explains that controlled AI assistance may be part of the work. Important AI use is logged internally. Reports do not label every AI-assisted sentence or passage.
AI is integral to Eaventure's method. Eaventure may therefore decline an engagement that must be fully AI-free.
Website and editorial content
Website and editorial content may be AI-assisted. Substantive claims are reviewed, and Eaventure retains editorial responsibility for what it publishes. Individual passages do not need a separate AI label.
When an article carries a named author's byline, that author determines or approves its argument and conclusions.
No automated decisions about individuals
Eaventure does not use solely automated decision-making about individuals that produces legal or similarly significant effects. There is no public-facing AI chatbot on this website.
Synthetic media
Eaventure uses abstract or diagrammatic visuals. It does not use AI-generated imagery to imply the existence of real clients, staff or events.
