Approach

Clarify the question. Use the facts. Make the change work.

Eaventure starts with the decision you need to make, not with a preferred tool, supplier or framework. The work combines operational evidence, stakeholder accounts and business impact so the recommendation can be explained and used.

A multilingual operation connects people, suppliers, tools, content, contracts and decisions. A problem in one part may start somewhere else. More review cannot fix unclear quality rules. A new TMS cannot fix unclear ownership. A cheaper supplier may not reduce the total cost. Every option is assessed operationally and economically: supplier spend, internal effort, rework, capacity, revenue impact and financial risk.

We start by finding out what is really happening. We compare what should happen with what the workflow and systems show. We also listen to the people who do the work. The differences often reveal the real problem.

Eaventure does not sell translation production or software within advisory engagements. That keeps the comparison independent of supplier volume, platform sales or referral incentives.

The sequence

Six steps from an unclear problem to a practical decision

01

Clarify the question

Define the decision you need to make. Do not assume the first explanation or preferred solution is right. A request to replace a supplier may hide a workflow, data or ownership problem.

02

See how things really work

Review the workflow, documents, data, contracts and systems. Speak with the people who do and own the work. Investigate where their accounts differ.

03

Compare the options

Test realistic choices against the same criteria. You may keep the current setup, change a supplier or tool, introduce AI or redesign the workflow.

04

Decide what to do

Recommend an option and explain the trade-offs, assumptions and evidence. Set out a clear plan with owners, priorities and measures.

05

Put it into practice

Help change the workflow, suppliers, tools, roles and QA. Production stays with the client and its providers. Eaventure designs, coordinates and checks the change.

06

Check that it keeps working

Review results, exceptions and material changes after implementation. Update decisions, controls and responsibilities when the evidence or operating context changes.

Practical controls

Clear rules help the decision work.

Quality criteria
A testable definition of acceptable quality for each type of content, market and use.
Risk levels and review rules
Where AI or automation may be used. When a person must review the work and what they must decide.
Decision rights
Who owns the workflow. Who recommends an option and who decides when quality, cost and speed conflict.
Evidence and metrics
What to record and measure so you can understand performance, problems and important decisions.
Supplier and AI rules
Which suppliers, tools and models may be used. What work they may handle and under which conditions.
Exceptions and review
How to raise problems, learn from them and improve the workflow.

A neutral comparison, not a preferred product

AI / MT
Capability, risk, operating cost
TMS / tools
Fit, integration, switching cost
LSP / suppliers
Performance, incentives, resilience
Internal model
Ownership, capacity, decision rights

Each option is tested against the same criteria, limits and evidence.

How AI is used

Eaventure uses AI as a controlled working tool for research support, structuring, comparison, pattern detection and drafting. Model output is not treated as evidence.

Material findings, scores and recommendations are checked against source material. A qualified person reviews them before they are used or delivered.

Client information is processed only in approved business systems that meet the confidentiality, privacy and security requirements of the engagement.

Independence

Nothing is being sold behind the advice.

Eaventure does not sell translation production, AI tools or software within advisory engagements. Recommendations follow clear criteria and evidence, and the right answer may be to keep the current setup.

  • No reseller commission on any tool, platform or supplier.
  • No referral fee from suppliers assessed during an engagement.
  • No engagement that requires Eaventure to assess its own production work.
