Three services
One governance layer

Our services

Most organisations that come to Eaventure start with a QuickScan,
move to a Framework and maintain governance through an annual licence.
Each service builds directly on the previous one.

QuickScan — €6,750

A structured audit of your multilingual content operation. Within seven working days, we map how content flows from creation to publication, identify where costs accumulate and where risk exposure is highest, and define the governance priorities that will make the biggest difference.

You receive a clear overview of your current operation and a concrete set of recommendations, including the evidence to act on them internally.

Get a quick audit of your translation workflow

Translation Governance Framework — €18,500

A complete governance operating model for your multilingual content operation. We design the roles, decision rules, process maps, content segmentation logic and guidelines for AI and vendor usage that your organisation can actually follow.

Implemented in one or two working sessions, tailored to your existing systems and tools.

Governance Continuity — €9,500 per year

An annual licence that keeps your framework relevant. Each quarter, we review what has changed: new markets, new tools, team restructures, regulatory developments such as the EU AI Act. The framework is updated accordingly.

What you are buying is certainty that your governance does not become outdated.

FAQ

Most organisations treat translation as an operational task, something vendors simply handle. In reality it is a strategic process that affects cost, speed, brand consistency and compliance. Eaventure provides the governance layer above execution: we analyse your current setup, design smarter workflows and define clear rules for when to use AI, when to rely on human expertise and how to measure quality. The result is lower rework, fewer errors and full visibility over your translation spend.

We identify and remove the hidden costs buried in your workflow: duplicate work, unnecessary review steps, unclear ownership and inconsistent vendor quality. By introducing structured governance and risk-based AI usage, organisations reduce total translation costs while improving delivery speed and consistency.

You risk losing control over tone, accuracy and compliance, and end up paying more for corrections and rework later. Without defined rules, AI tools may generate inconsistent or brand-damaging content, while vendors follow their own interpretation of quality. Eaventure ensures your organisation, not your suppliers or software, defines the standards and keeps them measurable.

No. The QuickScan stands alone as a diagnostic. Some clients stop there and act on the findings internally. Others use it as the basis for a Framework. Governance Continuity only makes sense once a Framework is in place. You decide how far you want to go.
